Galaxy Note- Check with other earphone to find the cause.
- Open settings >> Accessibility >> Hearing >> Mute all sounds >> Enable and disable.
- Connect earphone open settings >> Accessibility >> Hearing >> Left/right sound balance >> Adjust in middle.
- Open settings >> Sounds and vibration >> Sound quality and effect >> Adapt sound >> Disable the preset.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
