the dexpad and the dex station are both kinda pricey...but since the note9 can support dex without both of these...is there a patch coming soon so that note 8 users can also use a typeC to HDMI adapter for dex ?
well I don't think so because its one of the key highlight feature of Note9. Maybe samsung provide to note8 with android 9.0 pie or not. HOPE FOR THE BEST😄
I believe that it's more of a hardware change, so it won't be able to work the way it works in Note 9. they created DeX pad with additional hardware resources to support it. I don't think so that it will ever come to Note 8
