wi-fi consumes less battery as compared to mobile data that's why you got a better SOT.

During full day, I was on wifi for not more than 20 minutes. Started using wifi when 17% battery was remaining.

turn off the sync,vibration of keyboard

Again got SOT of more than 5.5 hours and battery life of around 16 hours with full time data and sync on.. That's really very good for such a big screen...
