please visit nearest Samsung Service Centre to fix it.I also suffered with this problems. They will replaced motherboard, battery n sensors too.
Now my mobile working perfectly .

Hi,

I had visited at samsung service centre, they changed my mobile motherboard and scanner.
now till date its working fine.
