I didn't get ONE UI 5 ANDROID 13 Update in Note 20 Device.

I had android 13 update couple of weeks ago but sadly i've faced problem with my accelerometer after the update. the phone shows the wrong orientation. when i hold the phone horizontally, the screen rotates into landscape and viceversa. restarting the phone solve the problem temprorily but it comes back again soon
