When I drag down the navigation bar slightly...the icons look blurry. Is it any kind of problem or its normal?

Which icons are you talking about? The ones in the widget above(blues) or in the back(chrome, whatsapp)?

It is normal. Dnt wrry it was blue background feature added with android 11. Your phone is fine don't wrry

It's their aesthetic. They've built their UI in such a way as it can feel like a Blurry Glass. Like windows does.
