My phone is 19 month old should i have to change battery because its drainning to much faster

I have same problem before with s10 plus, I did factory reset my phone.
Turn off fast charging.
And using under power saving mode and that helped me a lot. Try this

Try Factory Reset if you have not done it in a long time (especially after new OS upgrade).
