i understand some jio settings have to be pushed to the modem response. i know its not so simple but come on , paid for a premium phone. You cant even provide service for that??? and all left and right answers from your unprofessional helpline staff are telling the customers of note 20 utra 5g from what i can see in the posts   this site only, remember we are not going to upgrade to the lastest s23 ultra if that's what you are waiting for many to happen, rather buy a non Samsung phone and save ourselves money , time and headache.

These Samsung moderators don't read the issue but will post something randomly. I think the whole staff from Samsung Community forum should be sacked for not reading customer complaints and just posting things.
