no friend in the final checkout they shows total price is 23500. 10000 voucher, 13000 promotion and i paid 490. total is 23490 or 23500

Have you tried re-installing the Samsung shop app??,

yeah bro.i removed and re insert the sim but still same issue

Means you have done all below options :
1. Uninstall the Samsung shop app and reinstall it
2. Insert the Sim in 1 slot and leave slot 2 blank.
3. try restarting the phone.

if all the above options did not work then raise to samsung over call or chat with bot to get further resolution...
