Because we are treated as second class human beings. I condemn this cheap mentality of such bug brands like Samsung. If they are passing this message then it clearly indicates we Indians have to learn big time.
Maybe because they first release updates in those countries with lower active users of Samsung devices than India (so if any bugs, faster to fix maybe).
Most people in USA use Apple devices so comparatively few people use Samsung devices. Other reason could be some software update contract w.r.t. Snapdragon processor but I'm not sure about that. (Ideally, updates should be faster to Exynos phones as it's Samsung's own chip).
