I am using a Note 20 Ultra for a week now and notice the phone overheating when using camera for a few minutes and sometimes when on calls...anyone noticing similar issues
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
I learn that some Samsung Note 20 Ultra Phones are shipping with Graphite Thermal pad as heat sink for cooling instead of Copper Pipe Vapour chambers....big compromise on customer safety as the Graphite Thermal pads are known to heat too much...why is Samsung experementing with such an expensive and flagship phone...also there is no disclosure to customers about this
Even I had the same issue with Note20ultra while using camera app. The phone was overheating above 45 degrees. I visited service center & they have kept my phone under observation for 24 hours. They replaced the battery & it's bit better now. If I still face the overheating issue, they suggested that, they may replace motherboard. So I suggest you, pls visit service center ASAP.
