I actually had a battery issue with my note 10 plus. it drains fast and creat heat. That to from 5% to 0 it took only 2 to 3 min of usage. I thought of exchange with Note 20 Ultra. Just 4 days left for warranty. I went to service center. informed them to replace battery. afternoon only I got the phone back. when then given the battery is 20%. I left to drain completely. From 5 % to 0 it took 25 mins with the new battery. that's great. so we can use the same phone until we get Snapdragon version phone or Exynos with AMD combination.
