Today I bought note 20 2020 and early morning I charged 100% and in a day I have to charge my phone two time so I thought  there was battery drain problem. Is there any solution ?

For the first few days, Phone is checking the usage pattern...Its normal...Wait for future updates to get this fix...but its not bad to charge the phone twice a day...

Janmejay, visit the store once. Ask the guy to adjust all the settings properly and if possible get it hard formatted once. This should work.

- Battery optimization:- Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Kindly send us the screenshot (which apps are consuming most of the battery).
