Bro, check for edge llighting+..
now your front punch hole will gonna work as notification light..
Download edge lighting+(official Samsung app)from the galaxy store..
now go to edge screen and select edge lighting effect, click on eclipse effect and select it..

NOTE: ABOVE PROCESS WORKS PERFECTLY FOR S10e,S10 AND S10+ PUNCH HOLE NOTIFICATION LIGHT....
NOT SURE, IF YOUR NEW NOTE 10+ WILL GONNA SUPPORT IT OR NOT..
