Hey so my Samsung galaxy note 10+ is showing a water detected symbol when attempting to charge, however I have cleaned and dried out the charger port would there be any viable reason why its happening or how to fix it when there is nothing in it, I want to access the diagnostics screen after shut down but I can't access it due to the phone not liking being plugged in and showing the water detection screen. Is there any way to repair this or fix this issue so I can charge my phone with a cord.
