Received Android 11 with one ui 3.0 yesterday. Phone is not working properly from than. Not charging properly. Battery draining fast. Overheating. Please help

Not charging when the phone is on even with super fast charger. Heating whenever I use the phone say it for calls or any other app. Battery is draining very fast.

how you installed software? if it's by mobile data or wifi then this will happend only in maximum case ...that big firmware needed to be flashed from service center or via smart switch and pc which is recommended...as Samsung provides non A/B partition type ota hence this is the proper way to install big updates otherwise possible software loop hole formation can create anything mysterious even display can gone forever as many users faced before

Does it matter wifi or data.?? And even if does than why its happening with everybody.??

of course matter with...Samsung provides non A/B partition type ota not like other companies hence process is to flash software not simply installed as there will be chances to get software loop hole over software if that big firmware not installed fully or correctly.... please reflash last software from service center enjoy device performance 🎭 I and from next time use smart switch and pc to install software which is even recommend by Samsung

because others also using same process to install software in Samsung device by mobile data or wifi which is not atlest the process for non A/B partition type ota ... I alaways install software from service center or via smart switch hence none of the issue i faced from 2014 to 2021 in any of my galaxy

Neither I faced any issues till now. Not agree with you. In this case samsung should stop providing updates over OTA.

then try any process I gurentee you that it will not solved 😎 ask service center that which is process... if mobile data or wifi update is way then it's not possible that same type of 2 different devices suffering different issues by same software... my brother using same device which you have
