Bro, remove your led cover...and check..I think NFC doesn't work properly with the led cover..or update it to the latest version(if update is available)..

Dear friend, It smoothly working with out led back cover. But how can I remove it .It worth Rs 3000.Thanks for your reply

Bro, remove your LED cover and again put it on..
or
Go to settings >Applications >click at3 dots>select show system apps >now scroll down to Led cover and select it> Force stop it and clear cache/data>restart your device and check
or
Go to settings>applications>click at 3 dots> select reset apps prefrences
or
if still problem persists then get it checked at your nearest authorized service center
