Did anyone notice that Super fast charging status is now gone after AOD and Jan 2020 android updates. Anyone has any fix?

yes previously when we connect the charger(25W) that comes with box, it shows superfast charging, and it charges 0 to 66% in just 30 mins and to 100% @ 1 hr 4 mins.

But after recent updates, when we connect the same charger it only shows fast charging and it charges only 55% for 30 mins and it takes 1 hr 15 to 20 mins to full charge.

And also the batter drains very quickly from 7% to 0 within few mins. I tested play video when I have 20% and it comes to 19% even after playing 20 mins video. but at the same time from 7% to 0 within 4 to 5 mins. This may be the issue with battery calibration or issue with battery. when we check with service center they have the standard reply "No issues" with the phone. what to so. even in Samsung members feedback team sending same format to all type of questions.

I tested the battery stat with medium power saving mode and FHD+ resolution, dark mode with dark walpaper,
I turned off NFC, AOD, Location, Near by device scanning, Dolby, one sim in 2g only.

Samsung Customer support team acknowledged the issue and promised that Feb update will have this resolved. However I haven't seen any official statement from Samsung Regd. this. Jan updates brings battery bugs, charging issues along with issues around file management

yes after January update, battery issue as well as RAM issue, It takes upto 6GB RAM even if don't have any running apps. before that it takes only 3 to 4GB RAM . samsung need to address these issue as early as possible. I don't think they will do, because they launching s20 series in March,

I don't know why Samsung make this software update as clear mess. The phones are launched with clean software where everything works fine. In due course they providing software updates, update means it should be useful in terms of performance improvement or any new features. But samsung doing exactly opposite. They degrade the performance and removing the features. Even I'm also work with software development.

Different Types Of Software Testing we conducting before we introduce to public like
#1) Alpha Testing
#2) Acceptance Testing
# 3) Ad-hoc Testing
# 4) Accessibility Testing
#5) Beta Testing
#6) Back-end Testing
#7) Browser Compatibility Testing
#8) Backward Compatibility Testing
#9) Black Box Testing
#10) Boundary Value Testing
#11) Branch Testing
#12) Comparison Testing
#13) Compatibility Testing
#14) Component Testing
#15) End-to-End Testing
#16) Equivalence Partitioning
#17) Example Testing
#18) Exploratory Testing
#19) Functional Testing
#20) Graphical User Interface (GUI)

If everything fine then only this will go to public. Don't know whether samsung purposely degrading their software experience after few month from the launch of the phone.
