Hi Note 10 plus whats app reciving incoming call with sound but not able to display popup notification

Bro, go to WhatsApp notifications and enable pop up notifications..

NOTE: IF STILL PROBLEM PERSISTS THEN THERE IS SOME ISSUE BETWEEN SAMSUNG PHONES AND WHATSAPP..
