Note 10 plus does not support USB OTG 😡😡😡

Note 10 plus  does not support USB OTG, I tried in my note 8, works absolutely fine, same thing doesn't even get detected on my note 10 plus, please help, is this a hardware problem, should I claim the warranty? 

This thing is a absolute shame, why samsung removing so many features. First headphone jack, next heart rate sensor, now usb otg also not working.😡😡😡 what the hell is this, a 80K phone doesn't support USB OTG😡😡😡, this is my last phone from Samsung.

It definitely does support otg because in some regions, Samsung themselves provide OTG adaptor in the box. https://youtu.be/lr4Buwerh3A @1:33
