Please help.

I did the recent upgrade.

I have restarted the phone.

Yet, the volume 🤔 will not work. I have done as much as I can, but clearly I am not fixing the volume. Nothing moves on the screen.

1. Reset settings : open Settings> General Management > Reset > Reset Settings.

2. Please perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the power button and volume-down button simultaneously till the device restarts.

*The phone may take a screenshot, but please keep holding the buttons.
