I'm using Official Note 10 lite bought from Samsung authorized shop from Bangladesh. Still, I'm not getting One UI 4 update. I already checked in the update section of settings. Not only me also my friend didn't get One UI 4 on Note 10 Lite. Now it's running a December security patch. Maybe you forgot this model and this is the difference between you and Apple.
If you can't manage lots of model software, why do you release a new phone every month? Definitely, I'll never buy a Samsung phone anymore.
