Note 10 + black crush Issue

Hi,

I am getting black crush issue which is familiar with samsung displays in my new Note 10 + also.While watching videos,in the dark spots,colours are getting crushed, i.e., various improper patches are visible.Is anyone else facing this ??

Not facing any such issue. Do you have video enhancer on? It might be the reason why you are noticing the issue. Or it could be your video source. Try watching HDR videos or 4k videos on YouTube at full quality after turning video enhancer off.

Hi, Thank you so much.I had turned the Video enhancer OFF and then it is not noticeable..Only if it is ON , I am able to see that high.Is that Normal ??

I think it's normal. Video enhancer is tries to boost colors and contrast. So for scenes with bright light things pops up more. But in dark scenes you start seeing the black crush issues.
