I just recieved my Note 10 plus mobile and this mobile is having camera issues like i am not able to click images in high resolution .
Photos which are captured with note 10 plus are very less in size (less 3 mb).
Now less size are causing the problem images are so grany and faded.There is no option to change the picture quality with high resolution in size like more than 5 MB.
@SAMSUNG TEAM There is only options for video to change the resolution in HD but not in images . Can we get update software on this in near future ?
I have upgraded from Note 9 to Note 10 plus the option to change resolution of pictures is removed because its set on best optimization. i have clicked many images and sizes doesn't define the quality , the content of the image does i including colours , objects contrast etc I am sharing one image that i clicked on My Galaxy Note 10 plus on Auto mode with scene optimizer and the image is brilliant
but it does affect the picture quality.every time when I do zoom in picture is faded that's the reason i can not use for further use .so now what is the use of scene optimization if quality is not good.
