Any Idea anyone? What may be the issue? Will the dealer replace my device with the new one although i guess its a software issue?

if it's very frequent then you can make a video of it by using screen recording option, after that we can figure out the issue much better.

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1.Perform ‘Reset app preference’ (Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app preference).After doing the above procedure, kindly restart your device and check the performance.

2.Settings> app>3 dots/more option>show system app>search for particular app>Clear cache>force stop.

3.You can also check by updating the application via app store/Google play store.

4.Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting)

5.Reset the device (Setting> General Management> Reset>Factory reset).Before performing factory reset, kindly create the data backup through Smart Switch PC suite or Smart switch mobile app.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
