Not received UI 5 update

I haven't received UI 5 update for my Note 20 Ultra. I have seen some of the users already received update for their Note 20 Ultra a week before.

I had received the UI 5 update
But not satisfied by the update . The update made my phone slow , it was good in the old software version only
