1) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset App Preferences.
2) Check the issue in Safe Mode
3) Navigate to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings >> Reset Settings
4) Take full data backup and reset the device.
