Try updating via smart switch app

Install smart switch app on both pc/laptop and your phone. Then connect your phone to pc and open the app. It should show the available updates.

Yeah bro Samsung guys have launched Note 20 and forgot about it.....No update since July for a phone that costed me over 60k like seriously

Even I'm getting pissed right now about the update situation in Note 20. But seriously i have no hopes from samsung anymore....if they wanted to update it they would have done it but they want to kill Note 20...thats the **bleep** part🤬

This is the reply i got that means it wont receive any further updates so no One Ui 5 for Note 20😭 sad to hear that

Strange reply from customer support. Sammobile lists Note 20 to receive Android 13 in December 2022. If we consider delay for unknown reasons, it should arrive anytime soon.

There is a new list of updated devices which shows note 20 to get the update in _Feb 2023_ but i still am not convinced because In first list it was Nov 2022 in 2nd one it was Dec2022 and now in new one it is feb 2023....so i don't believe in it anymore

True. And they never give the reasons for delay in updates for some phone models.
Let's hope this new schedule is correct 🤞
