No resale value for flagship models of Samsung

Today I went to exchange my Galaxy Note 9 with new Galaxy Note 10+ in near Samsung store. I really shocked by hearing the exchange rate which they said.  Even including the upgrade bonus . My device is only 8 month old. I feel disappointed to be a Samsung user.

don't take it wrongly but according to me it's not fault of Samsung...it's just for those foolish people who are upgrading note 9 like great flagship to note 10+

first of all those who work on their phone Note 9 is the best option then note 10 but those are into more videos social media and gaming note 10 plus is the perfect device anyway .... samsung never give a brand value of use products ... anyone buy new product make sure to buy buy back ganruntee certificate that way atleast 50 % of the price will be getting in an any exchange of new device
