Network speed

I am currently using Galaxy Note 9 

And i want to use the feature show network speed

And its not there 

So thats why i have to use it through third party app

Cant Samsung should leave an update which includes this and some other improvements

I dont got ui2 and 10 update in my note 9

i dont think thats possible
restart your device and check software update then it should come
and if not then check notices in Samsung members app you will get one ui2.0 and 10 notice click on it and register it
but i think Samsung has removed the notice for ui 2.0
