Network Locked Sim, regional lock?

I bought note 9in India, on prebooking. I have been using the mobile with Indian sim for over a month! now I moved to Australia on work and I'm not able to use my mobile with Australian sim ! is my mobile region locked ? I had no issues with my iPhone. how to fix this? the mobile says network locked sim inserted, please enter pin. I tried giving PUK number, no use. Called up Samsung Australia, no use ! please help!

Call you Network customer care and ask them Your PUK code .

Call up your network operator he will be able to provide the PUK(Personal Unblocking Key) code.

Moreover if you enter your PUK code wrong more than 5 times your sim will become unusable permanently

sorry.... u can use only indian sim cards.
in phone box, they written which sims can use, most of the box have indian simcards only.. u can use only indian sim cards not others

waste of time asking others ..

the good idea is to send courier your phone to india.. and allow make use of your phone to your family members... i think this is best idea
