My phone has completely 3.5 year and my earpiece gradually reduced volume and stopped sounding at all. When there is a phone call I have talk on speaker inorder to hear the opposite person. So I approached the samsung store they said I would take 2000INR I was like not at all interested in spending extra money on my phone So I tried cleaning my earpiece with a toothbrush with alcohol and all of sudden its brand new sounding just fine. So if anyone has a problem with earpiece try this it worked for me
You are right. In some cases, low or fuzzy because of a clogged speaker grills. Its better to check if the frills are open before you approach a service centre. Any way 2000INR is too much for a speaker replacement.
