Please ask this question to all NOTE 9 users. After the software update in March 2020. All Samsung NOTE 9 user has Discoloration of the Screen and Samsung is not taking any responsibility.

 

NOTE 9 A BIG SCAM from Samsung and I guess it will be for all NOTE users. Be aware when you are buying NOTE 20.

not from March..that issue came from many many days before in note 9 series.... do you know the reason? 🤔 it's because there were total 23 vulnerability present in Android 2.0 and in Android 2.1 still now there are 13 vulnerability and 2 critical issue presents in samsung own software.. now if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi then software loop hole over software destroyed the display...it's quite possible because samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi then anything mysterious can be happened even motherboard or display can immediately destroy forever which is not proc3ss.... it's actually and recommended method to install software especially in samsung devices is via smart switch and pc or from odin or through authorised samsung service center as they use odin only for their official purpose...for that reason only Google mandate A/B partition type ota software from Android 11

note 8 same issue bro after sept updated and if you're not supposed to update over wifi you simply shouldn't have an option or that option should come with a disclaimer also it happend all of a sudden post update and is affecting 1000s of people

It has nothing to do with how you update wifi or smartswitch. The updates provided by Samsung were buggy and not verified correctly which led to these issues of display and now the users have to suffer. It is all Samsung’s doing and they will have to accept their mistakes.

they won't say a single word now today even note 20 facing the same issue but samsung not looking into the matter and giving an official statement makes it all fishy and also i am losing trust and sorta believe its on purpose

But what guaranty is there it won't happen again after changing the display. Please don't pay for it. please spread this information to all Samsung users through social media so that others won't suffer. it's our hard-earned money.
