I think samsung should look into this matter. Considering other competitive companies out there like apple, they made software update available for a duration of 5 years. Take for instance iphone 7 released in 2016, received ios 14. Why won't we samsung users have the same benefit. Spending huge amount of money purchasing a phone that won't get update after 2 years .
