Hi,I have samsung Note 8, purchased in 2017, for the last one month, I am unable to make calls, whenever trying to make or recieve calls my mobile switches Off automatically/ network in both the sim goes off / no voice on either side.

Before you visit SC do the following.
1. reset network settings.
2. boot your phone and check.
3. If issue is still there remove both sims and insert and check.
4. If issue is still there try your sims in relative or friends phone.
If sim works in other phone means issue is with your handset then visit SC
