I did.
but i am not sure i have 1 issue.
after updating jio network is not coming properly

It's not the problem of update - I am too facing Jio network problem since yesterday with out any update

i have the note 10 (non plus version) and i too haven't received the update. I even checked on smart switch but no luck.
