NOTE 10 PLUS UI 2.1 UPDATE NOT AVAILABLE

I have NOTE 10 PLUS but not receive UI 2.1 Software update in INDIA. Can you tell me any one receive update NOTE 10 PLUS model. And also my mobile last update December 2019.

Till date not receive any update on my mobile.

download and install the smart switch on pc and then connect your smartphone to pc

i got the same problem then I solved by uploading a latest rom and after that every things works well. do this then only you will able to update your note plus

are you a techinical guy? if yes then steps are easy but if no then pls dont try. even I was a bit worried while doing bt had confidence...so wats ur call
