Galaxy Note
After updating to anaroid 12 and ui version 4.0 in my note 10 lite, not able to stream in Hd on any of the available streaming platforms. For eg in Netflix, the playback specification says widevine is L3. I am preety sure it was L1 earlier as I know for sure, because the maximum playback resolution was clearly mentioned HD.

Any clarification samsung? Downgrading the softwares or what by giving us updates?
