1 step. Restart your phone 📱 if not work 👎
2 step. Click power button when power off menu shows hold power off button for 10 seconds, this will let the device enter safe mode then turn off safe mode by simply Restarting your phone 📱

Go to settings > accessibility > hearing enhancement
Under left/right sound balance, check if the dot is in the middle.

If it doesn't help, then go to the diagnostic page in the members app and run the speaker test.
If it still doesn't work then your speaker is damaged and will need replacement.

Done these.. all wrkng fine..
Left right os wrkng when putting in moddle, the ear piece works as main speaker.. i guess ot must be a software issue...

It is made to work like that. All incoming calls on speaker mode will sound from lower speaker. When in media mode listening to YouTube, videos, or music, sound is stereo and will use ear speaker as well as bottom speaker. Cheers. If this solves your issue mark as solution. Good luck

That sound is as low that hav to sit in a pin drop silence room to hear the voice..

Thank you for sharing your concern. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.

2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device. (If any)

Check device volume settings
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: Navigate to app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Sound & vibration.
Step3: Tap on Volume.
Step4: Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.

To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.

Clear Sound picker data
Please follow the below steps.

Step1: Got to Settings
Step2: Apps
Step3: Filter and sort
Step4: Enable "Show system apps"
Step5: Tap "OK"
Step6: Search Sound Picker
Step7: Tap on the storage
Step8: clear data of Sound picker.
