My device software says it's up to date.. But I know0 it's not.. My city & my sim is 5G enabled, but my phone is not enabled.. Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G..

I think you will get 5g update in october month...but it's not like that...you can check the settings first...go to connectivity then mobile data and check whether it is in 4g mode or 5g mode.

Moblile network is set as auto connect which includes all available.. Let us know if you are able to use 5G mobile network in your samsung device??
