Hello everyone, my Galaxy note 9 has been blocked from certain Samsung apps and says that my device has been rooted. How do I fix this problem? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Mine had the same problem and I had to reboot it. After that, it was good

Just a normal restart or reset?

Factory reset usually solves rooting

(Never root your phone)

If I do that will I still be able to keep all my data, I am possibly upgrading soon so should I just leave it till then?

I honestly didn't know what it meant so it was my mistake and I definitely won't be doing it ever again

Factory data reset erases everything, so if you do it I suggest you backup your phone first

It honestly depends on you whether you want to Factory reset your phone or not

Rooting a phone is mostly done by experts to unlock certain features
(I suggest you only root it when necessary)
