After update to U2 Android 10, I am unable to connect my Samsung Note S10+  with my laptop. Can you please let me know how to connect it and solve the issue.

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Go to Setting > connection > data usage > data saver > Disable.

>Go to Setting > Connection > Mobile Hotspot & Tethering > Mobile Hotspot > tap on three dots > Allowed Devices > Disable Allowed devices only.

>Go to Setting > Connection > Mobile Hotspot & Tethering > Mobile Hotspot > tap on three dots > Configure Mobile Hotspot > Rename the "Network name", unmark "Hide my device" & select "none" in Security > Save.

>Go to Setting > Connection > Mobile Hotspot & Tethering > Mobile Hotspot > tap on three dots > Timeout Setting > Select "Never timeout".

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
