I've noticed it many times. Photos not showing up in the Gallery after clicking the pic. Lost many beautiful moments Because if this bug. It usually happens when I take my phone for a quick click. I clicked and then lock and keep it inside. After a while when I open gallery, that pic is missing. Then when I open my camera app, I can see the lost pic thumbnail for a sec and disappeared.
