Like the Galaxy M10, the M20 is mostly all plastic. The plastic rear panel wraps around the sides all the way to the front, meeting the glass panel that sits very comfortably on top. It gives the device a clean look from the back and it feels comfortable to hold. However, the plastic feels very good quality here.
