Bro, you can simply create your own videos(if possible restrict its length to 15sec or if length is more than 15 sec. then edit it upto 15sec.) and then go to gallery, click on edit pen, after this click at 3 dots and select set as wallpaper.. or Go to galaxy store and here you can find so many video lockscreen wallpaper..
