I collected money for 2 years to buy Note 10 plus. Now it is 5g time, for this hardware cannot be upgraded. But lifetime software support can be given by Samsung but it is not giving which is not at all good. Software policy should be changed and made to be for lifetime at least 10 years. I request Samsung to rethink over this. I can't afford buying new mobile every three years for OS software update sake.
Hi there! I completely understand this. With ur Hard Erned Money u purchased the expensive device. But the issue is Hardware don't support After few years as the Technology keeps upgrading. Also, previously, Samsung had bad reputation of not giving more than 02 Software update. This is because all these warranted money. Now they have revived their policy from S 22 series onwards to provide atleast 04 software updates. This is how it works by Samsung so far but far more better than other brands except I Phone which provides atleast 6-7 updates.
I can understand. Making new updates compatible with older hardware is an expensive thing cause new models come with new features and list increases. Always purchase latest model so you will get longer update. If you are not getting updates doesn't mean your phone is worthless. You can still use it for a couple of years but without update.
Bro I can understand your pain but if samsung provides 10 years updates then your phone would become so leggy and even you can't able to perform minimal tasks. Giving software update is not enough but your hard ware needs to support it right.
