Is it like someone has ever placed a legal case on samsung for not exchanging a 70k **bleep** handset.... which is still causing issues after getting it repaired twice from authorized service centre..... ???

If I am correct, no one replace the mobile except Apple.

We Indians believe in compromises. So we are happy with crapy exynos and pathetic customer service.

Go on bro file a case in consumer forum.
You can file case online.

https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/

Use "Register online here" to register and lodge a complaint.

Explain them in detail what issue is. Upload job sheet scan copy mentioning what they have replaced. It will help in speedy resolution.

yes consumer court is good options. with that you can also stop buying samsung devices. just imagine in 10 years samsung will release 10 phone out of which you will buy 5.

that is straight 4,00,000 rupees
then you won't recommend it to your friends
with phones we buy accessories
then there are samsung home appliances
samsung tv.

sometime ago it was unthinkable that Nokia will ever lose it's top spot as phone seller in India. but now they have sold their phone business and who knows what phone they release if they do anymore.

samsung should listen to their customers more and try to get to the root of the problem and solve it... samsung should have put snapdragon worldwide instead of selling this underperformed exynos.

hey members... just want to share what actually happened with me and want to ask you guys if my demand is genuine or not. From the very first day i bought this phone itz battery drains to zero suddenly after reaching a level less than 20%. i made a query for that issue in this community too. just a day later what i found was its battery swollen up.. meanwhile in between tht i also felt like shock while the phone was on charging. when i went to local customer care he just changed my phone's battery and totally refused my point of shocks and phone replacement. he even didn't mention that in the service slip. few days later my phone stops supporting fast charging and starts showing the estimate charging time of nearly 5 hours. as it was happening occasionally and not every time what proof i can have of it else of screenshot.. i also ran an automatic check and interactive check of my phone which is available on samsung members and both are showing battery issue & battery life as poor.. and suggesting me to go to customer care for battery issue.. when i talked to service centre they are like sir these checks and screenshots of sliw charging are not enough for your phone issue claim.. just two days back i was suggested to apply some stupid steps like rebooting it, not using my phone while charging, checking my charger, my electricity supply etc etc by online customer support... i just want to ask one thing to them, are these checks available here on samsung members for fun and time pass only... they don't have anything related to real time... & if they are not y they are not considering its battery report as genuine one.... really disappointed this time with Samsung... ☹☹☹
