Latest software update problem

I have Note 10plus and the after the latest software update the other day some of the apps are not opening. The screen just flickers. I found this with SNote and my banking app. Does it got to do with the update? What can I do to fix this?

Thanks for your reply. I found the problem with the app lock I was using. when I uninstalled it everything was fine. Until that time the app lock was working fine.
