Lag issues

After the latest update my Note 10 lite is lagging a lot . I cleared cache partition and also did factory reset stil problem is still there , also getting weird notifications even after I disabled chrome .

Please provide solution to solve this issue

This doesn't show any app and also other time when I opened that notification it first opened in chrome and then automatically went to phonepay .

THEN SEEMS MALICIOUS APP
JUST UNINSTALL AND CHECK SAME HAPPENING AGAIN ?

Is this also malicious app or is it from Samsung ?

NO, IT'S INBUILT APP OF SAMSUNG !
