Issue with Wallpaper orientation after One UI 2.1 update

After 2.1 update in note 10 plus the set wallpaper changes its appearance.  Even after replacing it automatically changes its frame. 

This one is wallpaper we set.

This one changed  aspect ratio and looks 👎
